New York City Tridentine Latin MASS in the EF (Manhattan)

Hello CAF!

I am sorry about the redundant title
I need help, where have any of you attended the most beautiful

Latin Mass in the EF in Manhattan, New York City ? A Mass with Gregorian Chant, incense, the whole works. A conservative, traditional service.

A long time ago, I heard of a couple of Churches in Manhattan that had really Beautiful Masses in the EF.

Could you please share the Church names & or where they are located, if you know their Mass times that would be great too.

Please share your experiences with Churches in Manhattan even if they do not have all of the above, if you also have pictures, that would be amazing as well.

Church of Our Saviour has a Missa Cantata every Sun at 9:00 am

Holy Innocents has a Low Mass every Weekday at 6pm, and Sat at 1pm (sometimes the Sat Mass is a Missa Cantata)

St Agnes has a TLM every Sunday, I haven’t been there, don’t know what time or if it’s a High Mass or not

You should also google Society of St. Hugh of Cluny – they sponsor the EF throughout NYC. For particular feasts they have a group of altar servers, a choir, priests, etc in order to offer a Mass in the EF somewhere in the five boroughs. It’s a fantastic thing - and thanks to them the EF has been celebrated in parishes that haven’t seen it in decades. If this could be publicized even more, I’m sure people who would never seek out an EF mass might go when it comes to their own parish for a particular feast!

There are also regular TLMs on Sundays in Spanish Harlem (Our Lady of Mt. Carmel), the Bronx (a different Our Lady of Mt. Carmel near Fordham) and Brooklyn (Our Lady of Peace in Park Slope on Carroll St)

I’ve only been to St. Agnes once, it was a very nice mass. Unfortunately I was very turned off to that church because of some man accosting me prior to mass with some Fatima conspiracy theories. Very… peculiar. The mass itself was very reverential.
