In a now deleted Facebook post this police department said “these murders have been done by our young people. This is happening because we have turned away from God and embraced Satan. We may have not meant to do so but, we have. It is time to ask for God’s help to stop this."

The fact that this report of a simple post of the police in a small Alabama city was published in the New York Daily News reflects the attention the post has received.

The police department is correct, and I’m sure that at least 90 percent of the citizens of the small Alabama town agree with him.
Unfortunately it’s not considered okay to say such things out loud, even though it’s the truth.
