News show "The Outsiders" report on pologamy

The news show “The Outsiders” had a show on a sect of fundamentalist Mormons and their blatent practice of pologamy. It was a fascinating and scary show. The members of this community almost seemed brainwashed in their acceptance of this marriage practice. The women in particular had some disturbing ideas about plural wives and their role and acceptance of that. A group of women are strategizing ways to pressure the government to legalize pologamy - isn’t this just what we’ve been saying all along might happen in the wake of gay marriage?
 
I really do not understand this about Christians. If the basis of your concept of Marriage is the Natural Law. What is your complaint against Polygamy, which is not against Natural Law.
 
As Jesus said, a man shall cleave to his wife, not wives.
