Washington, DC – Just as they defended the pro-life Tim Tebow commercial before it aired during the Super Bowl, newspaper columnists are defending the commercial from the latest attack by the pro-abortion National Organization for Women (NOW) claiming it promoted domestic violence.

Where was Ms O’Neil and NOW during the Terry Schiavo case? Didn’t do a thing. Shame on them.
 
and why isn’t NOW condeming the Snickers ad where octogenerian, Betty White, was tackled?? I’m missing the difference between the abuse of women. 🤷

I agree with the others. My first thought was how bad it made the NOW org. look.

I missed the ad during the superbowl, but found it on you tube. Was it when he lovingly put his mother in a chokehold? :rolleyes:

My goodness…what are these people thinking??? Did they actually watch the ad?

That’s because there wasn’t any abuse. You can’t “get” what isn’t there. Of course, since both Abe and Betty got tackled, and both are 85+, maybe AARP will cite it for senior abuse.

How about the E-Trade ad with the babies? Bunch of dips got males cheating on girlfriends in that one. :banghead:
 
At least now I know how NOW was trying to connect the dots… That is just the most sillyness I’ve ever heard in my life, the Tebow ad was cute and warm…
 
NOW is just grasping at straws at this point. The slight majority of Americans are now pro-life. An even bigger majority (which includes many pro-choice folk) would like to see some sort of limits on abortion.
