Yes, that would be the only morally licit solution, at least until menopause.

I am wondeing if the dr really knows what she is talking about in terms of NFP. The mucus is from the cervix , not the uterus so why wouldn’t I be able to use NFP after the proceedure? Sorry if I wasn’t clear about my question. And thanks again for your help!
Would this be ethical and would I still be able to practice NFP?
Is this a medical question or a ethical question?
We cannot offer medical advice if that is what you are after.

You have been advised (accurately I believe) the procedure is ethical.
You have also been advised the ideal conduct afterwards is to abstain from sex if you can still get pregnant which may be a major health threat and NFP is no longer useful (due to lack of mucus). If mucus is present then why would you not continue on as before?

If your husband cannot go without sex until menopause then consult with your confessor. There are occasions when a Catholic wife may passively “cooperate with evil” (ie contraceptive use by her husband) without sinning mortally.

my wife/fiancee ( we are not sacramentally married yet) was recomended the jadelle for a similar problem. she got the jadelle found out it was an abortificeint ( we are abstinent at the moment) but she was still uncomfortable with the thought and changed to the depo provera. she cant take the pill

Online it looks as if depo can also be an abotifacient.
This is right up our alley. My wife is on bloodthinners and has 20 day periods. We abandoned nfp.

OP, have you looked into Daysy, Ladycomp, Natural Cycles, etc? There are a lot of monitors that can just use temperature to predict fertile days. They can even tell when phase 2 starts. Apparently. I’ve never used one. You could use it very conservatively if necessary.
