I do couple to couple league.
Never heard of looking for signs around day 20. If that was the case I’d be missing a few green light days based on when I actually do ovulate.
I take my temperature ever single morning and cross reference it with my mucus and my cervix signs. This is all done every day of my cycle. There are specific rules to follow between mucus, cervix readings and when your temperature rises that say when phase 3 begins. Without going into detail…this is what CCL teaches.
