I just want to point out that the life of sperm varies quite a bit. The sperm that are high up in the cervical area can live up to three days whereas lower in the vaginal cavity can be a day to a few hours. If exposed to air or room temperature, an hour or two.
Any pushing to expel the fluid is fluid that isn’t going to enhance the chance for pregnancy so it isn’t an action that goes against the principles of NFP as far as I can determine. I’m not catholic but I am a Med Tech that has performed hundreds of sperm examinations for fertility, mobility and morphology. I do know quite a bit about the “boys”.
