We use STM and self-taught ourselves using the Art of NFP book, so I don’t have an NFP teacher to ask, and I can’t find this anywhere in the book … so …
I had elevated temperatures during Phase 1, presumably because I was sick with flu-like symptoms … even a few days after I felt better, the temperature stayed elevated. Then it dropped to a normal (for me) Phase 1 temp of 97.3, but only for 3 days before going up again.
Should I count as valid the high temperatures on the days just after I started to feel better? If not, is 3 days of temperatures enough to set the LTL? Or should I just go with mucus signs and add an extra day or two to determine the beginning of Phase 3?
Thanks!
