If you like charting on the computer you might try ovusoft.com/. You can dowload there software for around $40.00(one time fee). They use the sympto-thermal method. They also have VERY active forums where you can post all kinds of questions regarding the sympto-thermal method.

I love that board, I post there all the time. I wish the posts would stay archived long. After a while, the posts will get deleted off permanetly.
 
So exactly what are you afraid your husband is going to do?

Yell and shout? - big deal, he’ll eventually lose his breath and have to stop.
