I apologize. For one thing, female wrestlers tend to be grotesquely muscular(as I have said, I do not like wrestling anyway). Playing football seems silly for a lady.
Let me assure you, I am not muscular! :D:p And rugby is very different than football. Hopefully there aren’t any people from Europe reading this. 😛 It’s a way to relieve stress from living in the city (I love being a city girl, don’t get me wrong). Maybe I’m still in a good mood from my hairstylists today (scalp massage, mmmmm). I spent over three hours getting my hair done! If that is not girly, I don’t know what is.

Personally I really like athletic girls. I have played and continue to play sports and exercise regularly in a variety of ways. I find myself more attracted to girls who are also good athletes or physically fit. It is definitely a plus in my book if I meet a girl who has some sort of athletic hobby such as running, hiking, soccer, softball, etc.

I am muscular, on my way to a six pack and proud of it:) For me, a strong body means a healthier body for bearing children and for raising them. And if, God forbid, I had to defend them, I have techniques to bring down someone twice my size. But I still look womanly:) I’m just athletic and toned.

I’ve spent too much time seeing people tell my friends that their brawn and brains made them unfeminine. My mom told me not to listen if anyone told me that. So, I don’t 😃

If anything, I’d imagine it’s my snarky, sarcastic humor that turns men off 😃 People tell me I"m sweet, but I am quite cheeky.

I am a woman. Make no mistake that I"m proud of my womanhood. But I will not subscribe to society, to the media, or tradition (man made, not of God) to tell me how to be a woman. I will fulfill my potential, physically, academically, professionally, and spiritually. And if a guy doesn’t accept that, then that’s too bad.

This reminds of the Simpsons episode when Springfield tried to get the Olympics and Bart did a stand up comedy routine for the Olympic committee and he went up to the German and impersonated an East German women with a moustache on his face and said “Kiss me or I’ll crush you!”.:p:D

Seriously though, I dont like women that are skin and bone because I worry about how they would handle a pregnancy. Muscle and meat are a good thing in that regard because it does look more healthy. I dont think femininity has to be associated with weakness. I know in my family there are very few SAHMs and none that did it full time through the whole marriage. All the women in my family are the strong willed variety and still manage a feminine side so it is very possible reconcile these things into womanliness.

A real woman is strong in every aspect of her life. Knowing this, a real man needs to step up his game or else he looks wimpy and then threatens her by saying she is “unfeminine”. This is simply a defence mechanism to distract others from how unmasculine he really is. It’s a game.

I know tons of women who have had healthy pregnancies and who are quite slender. The important thing is that they are at a certain weight while pregnant. From what I understand, it’s more of an issue for women who have anorexia, but women who are normally naturally slender usually can be fine just by changing their diet.

I agree! My mother was a very slender petite women who gave birth to eight very healthy children…she just took very good care of herself during them…and I have seen her intimidate an Army recruit officer! I think that most women have the natural protective tendencies of their children, and do not always have to be “muscular” per-say…just my opinion though. 🤷

Now that we are on body sizes. Thought I would lighten things up a bit.

Four Catholic men and a Catholic woman were having coffee and one of the Catholic men tells his friends, “My son is a priest, when he walks into a room, everyone calls him Father.”

The second Catholic man chirps, “My son is a Bishop. When he walks into a room people call him Your Grace.”

The third Catholic guy says, “My son is a Cardinal. When he enters a room everyone says Your Eminence.”

The fourth Catholic man says, “My son is the Pope. When he walks into a room people call him Your Holiness.”

Since the lone Catholic woman was sipping her coffee in silence, the four men give her a subtle, “Well…?”

She says, “I have a daughter, slim, tall, 38D breast, 24” waist and 34" hips. When she walks into a room, people say, “Oh - My - God.”

😃

I appreciate your example.

An interesting joke(I am sorry; my humor is rather dry).

I am skinny and I am healthy. I eat healthy, I take care of myself. I have always been skinny and I eat more that my sister who is about 10lbs heavier than me. I eat ice cream, cake and cookies. Some of us have fast metabolisms. My grandmother had 3 healthy children and she is just as skinny. There is no one symbol of femininity, all women are different.

Oh yes, but almost all need the same thing and I just happen to know what it is!

CHOCOLATE! 😃

(Yes, I know it’s cheesy and lame, but I love this joke. 😃 Especially when I actually have chocolate. :D)

I don’t care for chocolate that much. Maybe I’m a cyborg or something… “must eat brains!” (in robot voice)

What I find funny/amusing is that the day you posted this, I had several women tell me how much they were craving chocolate. 🙂
