Nope. That’s illogical. Just because Nicodemus repeats Jesus’ words does not make him a disciple.

Although Nicodemus became a disciple, later. There is nothing in this exchange which reveals that fact. It is revealed in the fact that Nicodemus was when he and Joseph of Arimethea took Jesus’ body to be buried.
 
We can speculate about many things. Yet, both Nicodemus and Joseph of Arimathea performed the most profound corporal work of mercy ever done by mankind: the anointing and burial of Christ’s human Body.

One might also have great hope for Gamaliel, who argued as recorded in Acts 5:
" When they heard this they were enraged and wanted to kill them. But a Pharisee in the council named Gama′liel, a teacher of the law, held in honor by all the people, stood up and ordered the men to be put outside for a while. And he said to them, “Men of Israel, take care what you do with these men. For before these days Theu′das arose, giving himself out to be somebody, and a number of men, about four hundred, joined him; but he was slain and all who followed him were dispersed and came to nothing. After him Judas the Galilean arose in the days of the census and drew away some of the people after him; he also perished, and all who followed him were scattered. So in the present case I tell you, keep away from these men and let them alone; for if this plan or this undertaking is of men, it will fail; but if it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow them. You might even be found opposing God!”

I opened this discussion to analyze the words and deed of Nicodemus and Jesus.
 
I say that Nicodemus in John chapter 3 was disciple of Jesus who taught him many things.

Can I proceed and we see what they said?

We say that Chapter 3 does not reveal this idea. So, whether he was a disciple of Jesus at that time is open for debate.

Sure. But understand that we follow the Teaching of the infallible Catholic Church. Just because you say something, doesn’t mean we have to believe it. If you contradict Catholic Teaching, we will show you your error.
 
I thank you for the observations that have teached me to go much slowly and on the solid ground.
 
The first word of Nicodemus is “Rabbi” which means teacher.
Nicodemus recognizes that Jesus is a teacher.

He could have said teacher in falsity as later some opponents did.
 
“we know”
Meant that more than one person, and Nicodemus was one of those, knew.

“that as teacher you came from God”

Means you are no ordinary teacher (there are so many good and bad teachers) but you are a teacher who came from God.
 
“(we know you came from God) because nobody can do these signs that you do unless God be wit him”
