Niece in critical condition

Last Wed, our 35 yr.niece, who is a wife, mother of 2 young children & a nurse was returning home from work on a rural WI road, when she was struck head-on while driving around a blind curve. She was airlifted to a trauma unit in St.Paul MN where she remains in critical condition with multiple injuries to all extremities, her face, broken palate, teeth, nasal sinuses etc. She is on a ventilator but is fighting to survive after several operations already. The drs. predicts her recovery may take more than an year, and she may be wheelchair bound for several months. Infection is a possibility as well as other complications. Please pray for her and her whole family during this very real trial. Angels were with her, that while her airbag did not implode, her chest, her brain & internal organs were spared. The trauma team admits that they cannot give an explanation for this. I believe, her guardian angel wrapped her wings around her protecting her from even more harm. Our Lady of Good Help, pray for us!
 
May the Lord hold her close and entirely heal her. May her family be comforted by God’s presence.

Prayer for Healing

Lord, look upon stbruno’s niece with eyes of mercy. May your healing hand rest upon her. May your life-giving powers flow into every cell of her body and into the depths of her soul, cleansing, purifying, restoring her to wholeness and strength for service in your Kingdom. Grant comfort to her family as she goes through her recovery. Amen.

Eternal God , in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhastible ,

Thank You All! They were unable to extubate her from the ventilator. She’s spiking a fever, possibility of pneumonia or infection somewhere from the myriad of surgeries she’s already undertaken. Please continue to ramp up the prayers. St. Lawrence, St. Elizabeth, St. JP II, please intercede in her healing.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal stbruno’s niece. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into stbruno’s niece’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

For Help in Trials

Most holy apostle St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor who delivered your beloved Master into the hands of His enemies has caused you to be forgotten by many. But the Church honors and invokes you universally as the patron of hopeless cases–of things despaired of. Pray for me who feels so hopeless. Make use, I implore you, of that particular privilege accorded to you of bringing visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, in particular stbruno’s niece, and that I may bless God with you and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise you, O Blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to you. Amen.
 
Keep praying. We see fruits of all our prayers. She was taken off the ventilator today. She’s been upgraded from critical to serious. Still has more surgeries to face, but is improving slowly. Does not remember the accident at all and she is being spared the details of all her injuries but remains in a great deal of pain. God is sending her whole family a miracle with her survival. In thanksgiving for her life, Holy Family pray for us!
 
Praying that the Lord may continue to strengthen and heal your niece. Also praying for her quick recovery.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!
