Nightmare neighbors, prayers urgently needed

I ask for prayers regarding my evil, inconsiderate neighbors, who live directly across from me. They have yard sales (more like a flea market) consistently every other weekend, that is not just illegal in a residential area…i live in a suburb and there is a limit to how many sales you can have in a year, but its also really dangerous with all the excess traffic it brings. I live right on a corner, on a very busy street already as it is without this. Since we live on a busy street, many people pass by in a day. People are parking literally right in front of my driveway or partially, making it hard or impossible to even exit. They will do this for the entire weekend (Fri-Sun) early morning thru early evening so for those 3 days I am at times trapped in my house until evening because their “customers” will park by my house and driveway when their side is all taken up or even when it isn’t. I am forced at times to confront the offenders for their illegal parking so they will move their car.

My neighbors have been at this for months now, they started doing it this past March. It is making me completely miserable. I haven’t reported it to authorities yet because I would not want them to retaliate since we have already complained to the neighbors. Traffic is so bad that the cars have to maneuver around each other to avoid a collision. I have seen numerous times very close calls, near accidents. It happened again today and since the person wasn’t coming back to their car, myself and a family member went over there and in a frustrated tone said “whoevers car is blocking our driveway to get their car out of the way”. The one neighbor actually told my elderly family member that they “hope she dies and that they don’t care if it is illegal and to call the police”. We were trying to be nice about it and not do that. They just have absolutely no regard for any of the surrounding neighbors and it makes me sick to even know that a person I live near is like this. What came out of his mouth today was pure evil. Talking to him today, I realized that he is mentally ill, his words, his behavior showed me that. It is completely inconsiderate and insane to have a yard sale for months on end without any end to it. Plus I suspect some of his things are stolen but I do not have proof. Please pray that they move or at least stop this completely for good, it is just too much for someone to continuously deal with. Now I am afraid of retaliation as well, I feel really uneasy knowing the kind of person I live next to now. This whole thing is affecting my mental health really badly and for us moving is not an option unfortunately. Please also pray that my family and our property are kept safe from this evil human being. Thank you all for your prayers.

Put up some sawhorses, with a “No Parking. Violators will be towed.” sign.

That is exactly what you need to do.
 
Well, I live a quarter mile from my nearest neighbor, on a 3/4 mile road we maintain ourselves, so the situation can’t come up for me.

But back in November of '16 a starving pit bull showed up on my doorstep – and if I put out a barrier and someone tried to move it, Bones would dissuade them. 🙂
 
Thank you all for your prayers and suggestions. I actually just found out from someone close to him that he is schizophrenic and has health issues so actually his behavior kind of makes sense I guess. The source said to not worry about it and ignore him. I plan to go to my police station this week to bring up reasons why I think we need some kind of street sign (because mine on the fence are being ignored), I am just going to see what they say and mention whats been going on, I have pictures showing it. I am then going to add what happened with the neighbor because thats part of the problem. I am just going to avoid the neighbors from now on, even if one of their peoples cars block us again. I would next time just wait to confront the driver when they come back to the car or have it towed if it came down to that.
Yeah putting mostly anything there to block it off would be moved or stolen because there are too many idiots that pass through in a day.
