No Baptism?

Christ tells Nicodemus:

"Amen, amen, I say to you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit.

The Church teaches that this is Baptism, so what does the Church teach about someone that isn’t Baptized?

I know that there are other ways such as Baptism of blood or Baptism of someone wanting to enter the Church but dies before they can. So what about people that aren’t Baptized at all or in any way?

From the Catechism-

The Lord himself affirms that Baptism is necessary for salvation. He also commands his disciples to proclaim the Gospel to all nations and to baptize them. Baptism is necessary for salvation for those to whom the Gospel has been proclaimed and who have had the possibility of asking for this sacrament. The Church does not know of any means other than Baptism that assures entry into eternal beatitude; this is why she takes care not to neglect the mission she has received from the Lord to see that all who can be baptized are “reborn of water and the Spirit.” God has bound salvation to the sacrament of Baptism, but he himself is not bound by his sacraments.

I think that Baptism of Desire extends to those who would have sought Baptism had they known of it, and try to live a life pleasing to God in as far as they know of Him, i.e. they do the best they can with what they have.

…i would suppose that God being able to see into the heart of the unbaptized would be the only one that could/would make that decision… you have stated the other types of Baptism that the church mentions…
