There is no such part. Now if you mean eternal marriage is necessary to obtain the highest level of the Celestial Kingdom, I could agree with you..But that was conveniently changed when the US was going to deny statehood to Utah. Very convenient and timely “revelation”
Not getting statehood didn’t bother the LDS. Getting their church property confisticated by the government did though. God is always timely.

Yes and Yes. White of course is a metaphor for spiritual purity.Do Mormon’s have any American Indian converts? Did they turn “White and Delightsome” after converting?
