The majority of Catholics I personally have heard or spoken to. How’s that?

This last little back and forth is interesting, because as a Roman I had discussions with people who were in favor of ordaining married men (and many men who would’ve pursued the priesthood if it were so opened) but who were adamant against women’s ordination. They therefor refused to tell most people about their support of married priests because of fear people would assume they were in favor of women’s ordination.

I’ve definitely seen polls that shows that the number of Catholics who want women priests is nearly as high as the number who want married priests. (What conclusion to draw from those polls is another question.)
