During the Divine Mercy Conference in Sacramento on October 13 the governor was in his chambers a few blocks away. He had just signed a bill that would make it a crime to use discriminating terms like “mom and dad” or “husband and wife” in the classroom. The law will allow lesbian teachers to sue for harrassment if a parent tells the teacher that marriage is only between a man and a woman.

Sshwarzenegger was about to sign a bill to give an extra $3.2 million to Planned Parenthood. We participants at the conference sacrificed our noon hour…many going without lunch… to parade behind the statue of Our Lady Of Fatima to the steps of the capitol. We prayed the rosary and other prayers for Mary to intercede in the signing but the devil won this one too.

Jessie Romero was the featured speaker at the Divine Mercy Conference. He said the same thing. He compared the Catholic “team” to a football team. The pope, cardinals, and bishops are the quarterback, etc while we lay people are the line of defense. If we don’t protect our offense that means the devil and his team will be able to sneak right through. He reccomends the rosary and frequent confession as a good way to strengthen our team. We have the right equipment and definitely the right calls. All we need is a motivated team and the devil doesn’t stand a chance.

I despise Arnie, but what do some expect when they vote someone with those views into power.

I know not everyone voted for him, discrimination works both ways, what about those that want to use the terms Mom and Dad, aren’t they having their rights trampled on ?

Arine and his ilk could be signing a one way ticket to hell, God is patient, but when we cross the great divide it will be a different story, remember the rich man and Lazarus.

Oops…I miss-spelled Schwarznegger. It was not intentional.

If I were the governor of California I would take that $3.2 million that is intended for killing babies and give it to all the parents who object to the new laws. Then their children can use the money as vouchers for a Catholic or private school. It is immoral for children to be in an environment where they will be taught lies.
