🙂 No Girl, you are wrong. If you feel venom, it is coming from within. You do not anger me at all. You are lost and are looking for the truth. I get it! Keep asking questions. I hope I am not upsetting you too badly. I am only telling you the truth as plainly as I know it to be. Perhaps it is your interpretation of what people have told you that is causing the confusion. Seriously, I enjoy your questions. I’m having fun. I’m not trying to upset you or mock you or make fun of you. Check my website out if you’d like. I’m a fairly harmless guy. 👍

Well that’s part of the problem! A lot of Catholics have no idea what they believe either. Actually, a lot of Catholics believe what the Protestants tell them about the Catholic church rather than believing the truth being told to them by the Catholic church. That’s crazy, isnt’t it? 😉

Seriously, if someone told me that, I’d take them at their word and re-examine precisely what had been explained to me. I would think that I misinterpreted something the other person was saying. I would think that perhaps my listening ability was not what it should be. But, that’s just me, I’m certainly glad not everybody thinks like me. My wife is glad that not everybody thinks like me also! 🙂
 
I take it to mean that you believe that my core beliefs are just something I came up with with no thought process at all. According to this statement I am not using my head when I think about the answers I type here.

Actually, I think you believe precisely what you have been taught to be the truth by Protestant ministers all your life. I don’t think there is anything fundamentally wrong with that at all. I think your answers are based entirely on what you believe. I really do take you at your word and everything you say at face value. I’m not trying to read anything into it at all. But when it really comes right down to it, it doesn’t matter what I think you believe is right or wrong, what’s important is that you know yourself what the truth is and know that you have come to know the truth on your own by using the mind God gave you. That is what I believe is important.
 
To say that we are the ones that save people is just scary wrong.

I agree. We do not save people, but God has chosen to use physical objects to work with, mud, hankercheifs, people.
We are messengers.
We do not add to the truth, only deepen our understanding of it.
