Archbishop Georg Gänswein is the prefect of the Pontifical Household. I don’t know if that answers your question.

To the OP: You can actually go to the Vatican website and sign up for the newsletter from Vatican Information Services. Also, on the Vatican website there is a link for the Interregnum (that is a more correct usage than sede vacante, which has connotations to the sedevacantist errors.) The pages are huge, so I’d suggest doing this from your main computer instead of a mobile device, where you might get hit with data charges. And they take a while to load (I have fiberoptic service, and still had to wait a little.)

It’s pretty interesting stuff, and takes a while to digest. But I always like to get my information “straight from the horse’s mouth,” so to speak!
 
When the Pope dies or abdicates, the prefectures of most of the major congregations become vacant (a few are excepted, such as the Apostolic Penitentiary, if they are seen as necessary for the spiritual life of the faithful). Administration of the Church falls, in an amputated form, to the congregations of the College of Cardinals headed by the Camerlengo, but they cannot really legislate effectively, and certainly not beyond the area normally reserved for the Pope. They essentially become an interim, caretaker government.
