This is an excellent and timely message. With this child abuse issue pretty much past and the Catholic Church having done a phenomenal job of addressing this danger, now is not the time to drop our guard. We must have the discipline to continue the practices that makes the Church a difficult place for predators to operate. I urge all who deal with children to avoid the temptation of relaxing rules and procedures in place to protect children.
