No sign of my cancer returned after test

As some in the forums know I was diagnosed early last year with cancer (spindle cell fibrosarcoma) in my right upper arm. I had the tumour removed in April and after wound healed I underwent 33 sessions of radiation treatment. This cancer cannot be detected by blood tests so going forward I need to have an MRI scan every 6 months from the completion of my treatment to check if the cancer returns. I just had my first scan and results were good showing no sign of the cancer.
I thank everyone who prayed for me.
