No way out

I cannot set any money aside, as my Eastern Europe teacher salary and my family’s other financial problems won’t let it happen. Impossible to save anything.
Well that is your choice.

And it is a choice. Sometimes it is a hard choice, but yes it is a choice. Choosing to make sacrifices for your family is very honourable. But it sounds like it is taking too much toll on you and that you need to find independence. If you cannot make the choice to move out, or to simply start to keep aside some of the money you earn, then how will you ever have the independence you desire?

That is why I wrote that I cannot see any way out, I can’t do that, I don’t see selfishness as a solution, and also, my mother has nobody to help or be with, I would like to stay with her always, the problem is always my grandmother. I have no siblings and my mom has no other support. I cannot see any good solution by now in my situation honestly, and I wrote here because if I talk about it, at least it feels a bit easier. I cannot keep all these in me.

In that case the advice to seek counselling is spot on.

But I would still encourage you to explore options to move out. A small apartment nearby that will allow for some independence, but still remain close to your family and able to offer ongoing help to your mother. It’s not selfish. I don’t know why you’d see it that way. I’m sure a good counsellor could help you work through those feelings.
