Noahide laws and Islam

We see that Muslim Nations put faith in upholding the Noahide laws and see them as the basis for the Sharai laws. But, one of the laws requires courts to judge people who break these laws. If someone is not allowed fair treatment by a court or has deminished rights in the eyes of the court, are the laws still being followed?

Everyone interprets them differently. I interpret the seventh as just being a personal commitment to follow the other six, nothing to do with court enforcement, that is until Jesus is here to enforce it righteously.
