I love so many different prayers, but especially the prayers of the Rosary, and Psalm 139. I also like the O My Jesus and the Adoration prayer of Our Lady of Fatima.

Oh my God,
I believe and I adore,
I hope, and I love Thee.

And I beg
Pardon for those who
Don’t believe,
Do not adore
Do not hope
Do not love Thee.

Oh, most Holy Trinity
Oh, I adore Thee.
My God, my God
Oh, I love Thee
In this most
Blessed Sacrament.

There are so many it’s hard to choose! Other than the Our Father, Hail Holy Queen and the Hail Mary (which always comforts me) this past year I would have to say they are: The Memorare of St Bernard, the 23rd Psalm and

The Prayer of St Francis:

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace;
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light; and
where there is sadness, joy.

Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
To be consoled as to console;
To be understood as to understand
To be loved as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive;
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

I always liked it, but fell in love with it when I heard it sung by Sarah McLachlan. It’s been sung by others before, but never made me cry as it always does when I hear her version.

I love the litany of the saints. It gives me such comfort to know all these great souls are praying for us. Also, I’m embarrassed to say that I don’t know its name, but I really like the “Blest be God” part of Benediction (Divine Praises maybe?).

Actually, you do know the name. Divine Praises is correct!👍

**Morning Offering **
O my God, in union with the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer Thee the Precious Blood of Jesus from all the altars throughout the world, joining with It the offering of my every thought, word and action of this day.

O my Jesus, I desire today to gain every indulgence and I offer them, together with myself, to Mary Immaculate-that She may best apply them to the interests of Thy most Sacred Heart. Precious Blood of Jesus, Save us! Immaculate Heart of Mary, Pray for us! Sacred Heart of Jesus, Have mercy on us!

I often sing the Magnificat and the Gloria (in Latin) during the day at odd times when I feel inspired to praise God for His blessings.

And the **Prayer of Saint Gertrude the Great **is a favourite
Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Most Precious Blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the Universal Church, those in my own home and within my family.
Amen.

I cry every time. It is so humbling and comforting and truly helps make real the “communion of saints” to me.
