non vatican2 catholics?

hi,
i recently came across a website ( i think it was catholic apologetics, but not suer) which claimed that they were the actual catholics and referred to “other catholics” as “THE VATICAN 2 SECT”.

has anyone else heard of this? who exactly are these people? what do they teach?
 
i couldn’t find that site after much searching but this site has a misleading title and redirects to anti-catholic sites…

Actually the SSPX fully accepts the post-Vatican II Papacy. And Archbishop Lefebvre was not excommunicated for holding heterodox beliefs, but for disobedience in ordaining bishops (I think that excommunication has since been declared null and void, or is in the process of having that done.)

I suspect the kind of group the OP is referring to are sedevacantists (traditionalist Catholics who do NOT accept the Papacy since John XXIII).
