From the mark 2:40 and through TA is the teaching I find really scary and not Christ like… But then again I could be wrong. Me personally I am going to pray for as many souls as I can with hope in the redemption of Christ the savior of Humanity!

I just love so many people here on earth, and I know Christ loves them more than I ever could… Thus I have a hard time believing so very many are damned…

Those quotes are truly depressing… If the number of those saved are so so small, then it is likely that no one we ever met, let alone ourselves are saved…

I can not see this with my ever so loving God…

I honestly pray that the quotes of the saints you posted are wildly wrong…

How could it be that every person I looked in the eyes are damned?
Well, that is not necessarily true. We have no idea who will be saved or who will be damned. Even if the number of the elect is few, there may still be people we know who will fall into that category. It’s also possible that these saints were mainly referring to the people of their own time when they said these things. Maybe the majority of the elect will come from our own time?

It’s good for us to pray and hope that many will be saved. Our Lord is just, but He is also merciful, so we should not despair but rather trust in His mercy and goodness. Most importantly, we should strive to keep ourselves in a state of grace at all times and help others to do the same.

Couldn’t agree more:thumbsup:
