the OP has not received Catholic instruction regarding the Sacraments - they themselves have said they don’t understand a lot about the Catholic Faith, and have also said they have not made their First Confession - therefore I’d assume they have not received any instruction/formation regarding the Sacrament at all.
 
The commandment i broke just piled on to all the other un confessed sins
