I totally understand and believe that SSM is a no go. I need examples of Biblical times people who never married.
I’s pretty sure Jeremiah wasn’t. However, I’m equally sure Samuel was (his sons are mentioned).A majority of the prophets were not married since they dedicated their lives to God’s service.
Also, the Levites were not married.
I think the only marriage restrictions on Levites were that (Aaronic) priests had to marry virgins (not, for example, widows) of the tribe of Levi. But I’ve had a lot of meetings today and I am feeling too lazy to look it up.A majority of the prophets were not married since they dedicated their lives to God’s service.

I too believe there are people not called to be married.I totally understand and believe that SSM is a no go. I need examples of Biblical times people who never married.
