Really sorry about this. But before confessing my sins I’m not sure if me and the priest said or did the sign of the cross. Is the confession still valid? It was an honest confession.

Since coming on the forum I have become aware of what a problem it is for many .

My first reaction used to be “Stop being so silly” .

I think there is a need for healing here .

Also I am not happy how sometimes the term “mortal sin” is too often bandied about .
