November vote issue

Remember, once you;re inside the voting booth, your vote is secret. You can vote any way you wish, and nobody has to know about it.

Your username suggests you might live in Modesto, California. Are you referring to Fr. Sam West’s homily on voting posted on September 27 at 9:00 PM on the Facebook page of St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Modesto? I don’t recall hearing him mention any political parties or candidates by name. However, I can understand after hearing his homily that you would conclude we should not vote for pro-choice-Catholic Joe Biden for President for Biden’s sake and the sake of the common good.

I used to live there. I was at that church when Joseph Illo was pastor.
 
I listened to Fr. West’s homily. He seems like a good guy and gave an intelligent, passionate homily. If this is your pastor you’re very lucky to have him.
