I’ll start in 6 days after I finish my Novena to St. Philomena.

Thanks for the heads up, Stove!!!

I received a pm on this, and am praying.🙂 I prayed through day two? Is that right?

Started today. Thanks Steve

I use the St. Gertrude Prayer as my Rosary intention.

Our Lord Jesus Christ revealed the following prayer to St. Gertrude the Great. The Lord promised that each time it is said, 1,000 souls would be released from purgatory (and enter Heaven):
Eternal Father, I offer Thee the most precious Blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the holy souls in purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal Church, those in my own home, and within my family. Amen.

Thanks guys. Anyone else wanna join us? Praying for the holy Souls helps us just as much if not more than it helps them. We pray for them and they pray for us in return.
Words cannot express the joy?satisfaction?peace?sorrow? all of these things, that my heart overflows with as I said these prayers and realized at the end, that I was in turn, asking for their prayers also.

Blessed Souls, I have prayed for thee; I entreat thee, who are so dear to God, and who are secure of never losing Him, to pray for me a miserable sinner, who is in danger of being damned, and of losing God forever. Amen.

Not expecting anything, all the prayers together are so short, simple and yet so many blessings I recieved for a few short minutes:heart:

Thank you for posting this thread:)

I have never read or heard of a prayer asking for the souls in Purgatory to pray for me, too…I really was moved reading that.

Just started, I’m like Linda not good at finishing Novenas but I will try. Thanks very much Steve, and please pray for 3 relatives-of-friends who have all passed away in the past two weeks.

I just prayed Day 1.

One thing…please explain** “Prayer Warrior”.**
