No. They are private devotions. Pray whichever one speaks to your spirituality.
All Novenas seek the intercession Mary or ( a particular) saint to God.
God bless.

And all novenas are replicas of the original novena - the Great Novena to the Holy Spirit, originally prayed by the apostles themselves as they were waiting for the Spirit to come. Remember, Pentecost is 10 days after the Ascension - and the apostles prayed for each of the 9 days following the Ascension yet before Pentecost.

Regardless, as for the novenas to Mary: Each name of Mary reflects a certain quality of her, and as such, a novena focused on a particular name of Mary thus focuses on that aspect of her. For instance, Our Lady of the Rosary (subtitle: Help of Christians) is a title that focuses on protecting Christians against enemies of the faith. A novena to her could be offered up for either personal protection during severe hardship/ridicule for being a faithful Catholic Christian or for protecting Christians being persecuted around the world.

The image of Mary on the Miraculous Medal is one of Mary, Mediatrix of all Graces. As such, prayer to this title focuses on asking her for the graces that she can ask God to bestow on you. And the list goes on and on.
