Novus ordo and the destruction of faith and the mainstreaming of the Latin right

Question 1: Why did Pope John XXIII invite Protestants and other religions to Vatican Council 2 and have any Protestant elements been added to The Holy Sacrifice of the mass and the Catholic Church?

Question 2: I saw what happened in el paso where the bishop denied his flock of the celebration of the Latin right Holy Sacrifice. The faithful of el paso and the faithful all over the world, those who still follow Christ and Holy Mother Church, believe the Novus Ordo has become too political, modernist and fruitless.

Second part of question 2: Why if the novus ordo is not producing any fruit and destroying the faith of Catholics, has the Latin Right Holy Sacrifice of The Mass not replaced the Novus Ordo and become mainstream in the Church?

PaulBennett, since your’re new, let me just say that this forum does not allow you to pit the OF against the EF. I know you are only asking questions, but you’re sort of walking a tightrope. Just an FYI and welcome to the forum! 🙂

Hello and welcome.
Can I suggest that you read the rules governing CAF and posting to you? 🙂

Moderators are pretty strict in enforcing the rule that we dont pit one valid form of the Mass against another valid form of the same Mass. The Mass is the Mass and both the EF and OF are fully allowed. So you are treading on thin ice.

Use caution and charity when speaking of V11 as well.

Also, if they sense “agenda posting” that too will be not tolerated.

Just thinking it may be wise if you read up on the rules of the road before problems arise. 👍

Welcome.
Regardless of what you appear to have experienced, there actually are many places where the Novus Ordo is offered with reverence and dignity.
Forum rules will likely preclude discussion of your questions as they are written.
