Hi Francesca
i understand how you feel having suffered anxiety/panic attacks most of my life.it runs in our family. All i can say that helped me is alternate thinking…doing something to try to completely take your mind off things that are wrrying you at the moment.I love reading so i read "Rose Madder"by Stephen King the last time i felt really bad.I became totally engrossed (eventually) but i had to persevere initially as thoughts kept drifting into my mind. Also drink lits of water keeping hydrated is really important in anxiety.Eat lots of fresh fruit /vegetables if you can instead of processed foods. Finally pray all the time in your thoughts and deeds…all of this works for me i hope it helps you.I will pray for you
God bless
Glory be to the Father
and to the Son
and to the Holy Spirit
as it was in the begining
is now and ever shall be
world without end
Amen
