Ok here is a big one and I know I made a mistake but I am and have corrected it so far. I was married once before with no children. I never got my annullment from that marriage but I married someone else outside the Catholic Church by a Non_Denominational preacher. In the mean time and after we got married, my annulment was finalized. So here I am married, my previous marriage annulled. Can I go to communion now after I go to confession? We have not had our marriage blessed in the Catholic church and she is not Catholic.

Hi,

You still are in an invalid marriage. Therefore every time you have marital relations you are committing a mortal sin. You need to have your marriage blessed and go to Confession in order to be in the state of grace. Then you may receive the Lord in Holy Communion.
