Number of sacraments in Orthodoxy

In researching the history of sacraments, I discovered that the enumeration of seven sacraments did not occur until about the 12th century. Since the schism between the Orthodox and the Catholic Churches was already well along at this point, it stands to reason that the Orthodox may not count the sacraments in the same way Catholics do. Perhaps some sacramentals are counted as sacraments, or perhaps some of the sacraments of initiation are combined as one.

Do the Orthodox count exactly the same 7 sacraments that we in the Catholic Church do?

Many Orthodox do refer to the seven mysteries (our preferred term), as opposed to classical Protestantism which accepts only 2.

However, no authoritative Orthodox source has defined the number of mysteries as 7. So some say, quite properly, there are either many mysteries–is there not grace in Holy Water or even making the Sign of the Cross?–or just one, namely the Church which is the pan-mystery containing all of them.
