Not a good portrayal of a nun lol…but she WAS going to Botswana to help starving kids BEFORE she met Carlos so I believe she is a good person. Maybe she’s not romantically interested in Carlos, but merely wants to convert him and “save” him from Gabrielle. Also, Gabby’s priest is always portrayed in a good light.

Andrew was revealed to be Justin’s special friend after Zach/Dana’s pool party. Andrew told his parents he was gay when they visited him at the boot camp they shipped him off to. After they brought him home from camp, Bree invited their ministe over for dinner, much to Andrew’s displeasure.

But I only watched the first 25 minutes of this weeks episode, and then switched to the Pope movie. Football delay.
That reminds me. I’m VERY BITTER about that football delay. I didn’t even consider switching to the Pope movie, since my DVR was supposed to take care of it for me. Now I have to miss the last 30 minutes of the first half.

On the question of Bree . . . if she hadn’t lied about calling the ambulance, I think she might have been in the clear. If I found out someone had murdered my husband, I wouldn’t hunt them down BUT if they were dying in front of me, would I save them . . . :hmmm:

(I know that is probably wrong of me, but honestly, how could you save someone like that?)

I think she originaly went up there to give him the chance to redeem himself and seek help - I don’t think she was thinking “I wanna see this guy die!”.

**However, I do think it was a mistake to lie about it. I mean it’s a hotel! Regardless of fingerprints, there’s the bellhop who handed her the note and called George when she went in the elevator, not to mention I’m sure such a fancy hotel would have cameras just about every place. I mean, good grief doesn’t Bree ever watch C.S.I??!😃 **

I’m also worried about this new gay son development. Perhaps I wasn’t watching close enough, but this is the first time I realized the son is suppose to be gay. E! News reported yesterday that the creator of the show just received an achievement award for his support of “gay youth”. I’m worried about how they are going to portray the homosexual theme and any intolerance of homosexuality.

I can’t think why anyone would laud this boy’s character. His more than a bit twisted in the head if you ask me. Poor Bree, she really doesn’t deserve such happenings in her home.

**Aside from the boy or her fessing up from the beginning - I don’t think the police would have believed her anyhow.😦 **

I missed a bunch of the episodes - thanks for the catch up . . .

Hmmm . . . I guess I’ve missed a lot. I don’t remember Gabbie having a priest. I’m glad if there is another religious on the shop who is portrayed more positively. 🙂

Gaby went to the priest (a priest who appeared to know her character rather well!) when she first found out she was pregnant thanks to he dh tampering with her bc.

**Yeah, the nun was going to Botswans, but she’s still not a good nun. More of a bad nun that does some decent things by default I’m thinking.😛 **

I guess as a Catholic I thought it was funny because it is so ridiculous, but I didn’t really think of other peoples thoughts on it… I guess I would hate for non-Catholics to believe this “nun” and to think she might portray our church accurately…

But, the entire show in general is over the top, it is all unbelieveable 🙂
