Any mass on the day of the holy day, or the evening before, fulfills the obligation.
Right.

If memory serves… in my diocese, nuptial Masses aren’t permitted on holy days of obligation. So, in my neck of the woods, it’s a moot point.

Wedding Masses are permitted on Solemnities, regardless of whether or not it is a Holy Day of Obligation. However, the readings and prayers used must be the readings and prayers assigned for that day (i.e., the readings and prayers for the Solemnity). The Rite of Marriage will also be done at the Mass, as with any Nuptial Mass, of course.

When it comes to a wedding celebrated outside of the context of a Mass, though, there are no restrictions as to which readings and prayers are used.

To piggyback off of 1ke’s comment, this is Canon 1248.1, in the Code of Canon Law.
