NY Post: Kim Jong Un reportedly in a coma as his sister Kim Yo Jong takes control

I don’t vouch for this story, NY Post is the only one I have seen reporting on this coma, however, no secret, the sister, Kim Yo Jong I believe has been receiving more power. She’s just like Kim in being brought up in Switzerland actually. Are these dictators advised by committee to do some of their deeds? I think so.

Kim Jong Un in a coma as his sister takes control: report

North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un has fallen into a coma, a former South Korean official is claiming on the heels of reports that the northern leader has ceded over some of his power to his younger sister.

Chang Song-min, a former aide to late-South Korean president Kim Dae-jung, has alleged that the Hermit Kindom’s honcho has become seriously ill amid speculation about his limited public appearances this year, the Mirror reported.

“I assess him to be in a coma, but his life has not ended,” he told South Korean media.

Wasn’t he supposed to be in a coma several months ago and various intelligence agencies said they had no word on this. South Korea seems to be the only one saying this.

There were rumors a month or so ago the sister was in
control, but then those were put to rest.

Not sure what is going on over there.

From what I’ve read she seems pretty ruthless, with that regime it’s even possible she may quicken his demise if the rumor is true.

It was on the news several months ago he was critically ill or had died. South Korea denied it then, but
now they are reporting it so maybe it is true. Who knows?

No way is this true. South Korea can say anything about North Korea and it will end up in the tabloids.

I took a look at the Japan Today website and they didn’t have any stories about Kim’s health, so I won’t hold my breath.

Now, that I look around, a lot of stories are saying he is in a coma but it all comes from this one South Korean (I believe) diplomat. So, in a way, I see this as somewhat sensational but I can not rule it out totally.

My uninformed theory is he was ill, recovered sufficently for a couple of public appearances and has now succumbed to the illness again.
