Pretty much all I can remember of this movie (besides the soundtrack) is that legendary bluesman Robert Johnson makes an appearance and while he’s chatting with Clooney, Turtorow and the other guy they ask him about the devil’s appearance (since he famously sold his soul to the devil in exchange for his musical chops). They say “what’d he look like? Did he have horns and skin black as coals?” and he replies “No, suh, he was a white gentleman like yuh’self.”

I just did a little research and found out that the character wasn’t named Robert Johnson but he was a suspiciously similar character (i.e. a folk blues musician who sold his soul to the devil at a crossroads).
