Obama Admin and the Feminist Lobby

I think the take home message for young men should be the following:
  1. Any woman could potentially accuse you of something falsely and you have little protection.
  2. Do not EVER be alone with a woman especially if you are in a position of influence.
  3. Limit your conversations with women such that only short and to the point speech is used.

From what I’ve read, it’s not something that’s being particularly pushed by women in general. It’s more a product of particular college administrations. Nor do I give the blame to the current president, since the cases presented in the book are, I think, mainly those which occurred before this administration.
 
Studies show a 2-8% rate of false rape accusations, the same rate as for false reports of any crimes.

No. the new definition for ‘sexual harassment’ at colleges is "any unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature, “including "verbal conduct.” That means that anything you say can and will be held against you. It may have been a joke, a harmless phrase, even an example used in a dissertation. If someone objects, the onus is now on the student to prove that it was not sexual harassment. And it need not be blatantly objectionable. You have no right to call witnesses to defend yourself. You have no right to a layer at your administrative hearing. The complainant need only satisfy the panel that the charges have a 50.01% chance of being true. You may be kicked out of school and the charge will haunt you wherever you go.

I am a little surprised to see the article, since the book recounts incidents from many prior years, and I had thought that perhaps progress was being made against unjust speech codes. But apparently not.

Hmmmmmm… Is it arguable that it contributes to the negative stereotyping of men? Is it possible that women (such as the militant Femen) that have what ever reason can* now (pun intended) * more easily be believed when leveling a false allegation regarding a man?

Also. Rape is not the complete picture of the issue, now is it?
