Obama Forces Americans to Pay for More Embryonic Stem Cell Research

Washington, DC – The Obama administration on Monday forced Americans to pay for another round of embryonic stem cell research involving the destruction of human life. National Institutes of Health chief Francis Collins approved taxpayer funding of 27 more lines of embryonic stem cells.

**Dr. Collins argument is the same old flawed logic that leads inevitably to the slippery slope! He argues that these babies would be destroyed anyway, so why not use them for research?

The problem is that ultimately, we will all fade away, so why not experiment on you & me? i am a horrible failure & a sad example of humanity, so why not end my life in order to save many others??

These brilliant scientists & politicians never ask why not save these babies, so when our technology progresses, they can be born & save billions of lives with cures for cancer & other diseases???**

Why is there this obsession with ineffective tumor-causing embryonic stem cells? In July 2009 two teams of Chinese scientists created live mice from induced pluripotent stem cells. The pluripotent stem cells are created without harming embryos yet they are as versatile as embryonic stem cells.

From an ethical point of view it is sinister to pursue cures from human embryos. From a venture capital point of view it is a bad investment. But from a federal government point of view, Hey it’s only taxpayer money! There’s an endless supply we can take no matter how much our investments fail!
