Washington, DC – President Barack Obama may have found another way to thank the Planned Parenthood abortion business for supporting him in the 2008 presidential elections. The Obama administration has announced funding for a multi-million dollar HIV testing program that could direct big bucks to his pro-abortion ally.

Maybe. But first Planned Parenthood would need to be contracted by a local health agency to act as a provider. As the article notes, that possibility exists, but it certainly isn’t inevitable Perhaps this is a point for lobbying local officials not to do so?

Second, Planned Parenthood would need to make a profit on such HIV testing. Otherwise, what money is being freed up?
