Obama Prefers Senate Health Care Bill With Abortion Funding

Washington, DC – President Barack Obama promised Americans in a speech to Congress that his version of a government-run health care bill would not contain abortion funding. Now his top spokesman confirms that Obama favors the Senate bill that funds abortions over the House bill that bans abortion funding.

Very interesting that this day, the Feast of the Holy Innocents, Martyrs, celebrates the babies who were murdered by Herod in the place of Jesus!

Perhaps what Jesus told us applies to those like Obama, who support abortion;

“You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires.** He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies.” (Jn 8:44)**

He prefers the senate bill, but did he actually say he prefered it because of the abortion funding?

Either way. The legislation is a perversion of why we have a government.
