Obediance to Bishops, Essential for Salvation?

Most of the Faithful are not aware of the trememdous latitude that an Ordinary (Bishop) has in his diocese. Even the new liturgy rules just released from Rome often mention that you “May” do this or " Can do this" or in "Most Cases do this. You will rarely see the word, “Must.” If your bishop is still being recognised by Rome, he has no major problems with the Magisterium. Anyone can write, however, and voice their concerns. And a lot of folks do!
