I’m not surprised given that it was supposed to premier in May and we won’t be out of the woods by then. I understand they haven’t even been able to rehearse because of the virus.
I was signed up to go in August, but I can wait another couple years.

It was postponed once before in 1920, and cancelled entirely in 1770 and 1940, so this isn’t without precedent.

Well, now you’ll have a chance in 2022.

Don’t sleep on getting reservations though, the trip I was originally going to go on required us to sign up by December 2018, and I missed the deadline because of my husband dying earlier that year and everything being really screwed up, so I had to find a different tour and sign up in spring 2019 and there weren’t that many slots left. It fills up like 2 years in advance. I’d say if you want to go, book within the next few months as soon as the Catholic tour companies have their schedules re-adjusted, because some people will likely cancel rather than move their reservations to 2022. I’m keeping my reservation (I ended up with 206 Tours) and not cancelling.
