Happy New Year All:
What masses must we attend in Canada?

How come Holy Thursday, Good Friday communion service and the Easter Vigil are not listed as holy days of obligation?

Because there are no Masses. All Holy days of Obligations are Masses.
There are at least 2 Masses during the Triduum: Mass of the Lord’s Supper and Vigil of Easter.

You might also have the Chrism Mass on Holy Thursday although some dioceses celebrate that one on another day just due to the logistics of the priests concelebrating and receiving the Holy Oils then making it back to their own parish in time to celebrate the Mass of the Lord’s Supper.

Good Friday can’t be since by definition your obligation is to attend Mass. You already are obligated to attend at Easter, the Vigil fulfills that obligation.
