I keep thinking and worrying about the sins I do - and may do in the future. It is exhausting me.

You list your faith has Christian. Are you thinking of becoming Catholic? I ask this because of the sacrament of reconciliation or confession. It may be a help to you. If you haven’t spoken to a priest, maybe set up an appointment to talk about your worries.

Sarah means that you list yourself as a “Christian” which includes not only Catholics but Protestants (et al).

If you are already a Christian in full Communion with the Church (hence a Catholic) then it would very good for you to find a Priest to be your “regular confessor” to help guide you in this.

If you are not a Catholic …one could also set up an appointment with a Priest…but just not for confession yet.

It is important to “repent” …but it is also important to see what are actually sins and what may be unreasonable worries.
