Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Faith Healing

I wonder if anyone can recommend a good book, of the self-help variety, about OCD.

I need a book that is good and is also not in conflict with the Catholic Faith.

I don’t know that it is possible to self medicate re OCD. Most of the books about it would be written for professionals. You would be better off getting a referral to a Catholic psychologist and he/she will counsel you as well as giving you some practical help via Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

If you google Catholic psychologists you may get a list of people.

Dr Paul Vitz is one name that springs to mind.
