The key is no one here know whether he has or not yet some do not realize that no matter what they think.

I rather wonder what those who feel they know with absolute certainty think about Bp. Henry? First, they obviously must feel they know more than he does on this matter, correct? Even if Bp. Henry is not reversed he will never be exonerated in this on-line court. We’ll just hear how the Holy See has bigger fish to fry so it declined to take action…

We aren’t presenting our opinions. That’s what you refuse to see. We are presenting the canon law of the Church, which you also refuse to see.

The diocesan bishop answers to the Roman Curia as representatives of the pope. It’s that simple.

Have you read the Apostolic Letter of Appointment yet? Please note that the original bears the signature of Pope Benedict XVI.
